I specialize in connecting people to apartments and homes across North Jersey, with a particular focus on rentals in Bayonne, Jersey City, Hoboken, Cranford, and Scotch Plains. I’ve personally helped hundreds of tenants land their ideal apartment, often within days of their first call, and worked with dozens of landlords who trust me to bring qualified tenants fast.

What sets me apart from most agents is that I own investment real estate myself, in Bayonne and abroad, including property in Italy. The Background Behind the Agent
Before real estate, I spent over two decades as an IT executive in the advertising and publishing industry, managing technology strategy for major media companies. I also spent 11 years in support strategy for startups and worked as a software engineer, which means I bring a technical, data-driven perspective to every client engagement. That background shapes how I work: analytical, systems-oriented, and always looking for a competitive edge for my clients.
I currently serve as a Petty Officer in the United States Coast Guard Reserve and served as Vice Commander of American Legion Post 19 from 2013 to 2018. These experiences reinforced values I bring to every client relationship: discipline, accountability, and a genuine commitment to the people I serve.
I'm also a dad, a homeowner, and a landlord. I understand the real stakes when someone is trying to find a place to live or make a sound real estate investment. This isn't just a career for me. It's personal.
